Hi guys, I'm getting ready and wanting to finalize the sidewall height and I have a question MPC specific. I want the sidewalls to be really thin, like 13mm, but the thickness of the forward machinery compartment disks only let me get about 14mm. They actually touch each other and dictate the sidewall height. I guess my ultimate question is; should I sand the disks thinner to allow the falcon half's to sit together closer allowing a smaller sidewall? Or; should I stick with the 14mm height? The 14 is the actual measurement on the wall before its installed. Once installed the overall dimension of the side of the falcon (front mandible area) will be about 17.5mm. Thanks for the help!

I wouldn't stress over 1mm. Jaitea will have a better idea on this than me though. He's been there, done that.

Hi Jake, just took a measurement and my Falcon's mandibles has an overall height of 17mm,...that carries through around the ship also.....the hull overhang ends up 17mm,....

The height of the walkway at its tallest, measured at the edge of the hull is 25mm
