HI roberius a very lovely model of my fav star trek ship as i also have built an lit up my 1/350 enterprise but mine is the movie vershion the refit vershion an a qeustion please how did you get on fittin the main saucer to the secondary hull ? as i found the plastic pins fitted by polar lights were not strong enough to support the wheiht of the saucer hull so i had to make up a brass box section an fitted thought to the stand an fitted in the dosal seckion an then srewed to the saucer section as god it was heavy
so how did you sir go about it ? an is the build on here ?

Very nice. I hope mine turns out anywhere near looking that good. I'm just starting the Revell 1/600 version. Can I ask how you accomplished the weathering? I haven't decided between doing that or making it the showroom fresh version.
