Having trouble choosing a compressor.

Hi, I decided I am in need of a compressor and have found 1 on amazon but I am not sure if they psi is too much? Does it even matter?

Too much PSI is not an issue. You can always put a regulator in-line. Not enough PSI is where there's a problem.

if noise is not an issue for you i would just go down to the harbor freight or walmart and pick up a cheap one they work just as good as the quiet desk top models out there.

I have an older Badger compressor, it's a desk top model and i think it's fairly loud. But it works pretty well. My set-up has a regulator, and a moisture trap (you may want to consider a moisture trap or some other moisture control depending where you live). The only feature I wish it had was an air tank, as it is right now it is always turning on and off as I'm spraying.
