I need help!
Whenever I use my airbrush at low pressure, eventually the counterweight will pop off the motor shaft. It's getting more frequent and ever so annoying. has anyone ever delt with this?

It has an automatic shut off at 53psi, and start at 43psi.
While using at low preassure, it will do a sort of half stroke everyso often. Also, it'll do it when I'm not spraying. It's when these 'half strokes' are occuring that it will jump off.

Would an air tank help? If so, can someone explain it to me.

Thanks guys!

Wait i think i figured it out!

I was fiddling with the switch that manages the auto-start/stop. When i tried it out, i can NOW hear the switch activate. Didn't hear that before. Also, instead of doing a partial stroke-compression, it runs for a seconds then shuts off, then after a few seconds it starts up and so on. Also, then I use my brush, it pumps as well. I think this fixed it. I hope it fixed it. I'll let you know.

A little bit of blue lock tight thread locker may go a long way towards keeping the threads of the fasteners from backing off. Failing in that , see if its possible to but a cotter pin or wire the fasteners on.
