A VERY old Scarlet Class Viper

Here are some pics of the VERY FIRST Scarlet Viper conversion I ever did.
This one was based on Steve Parady's old instructions that used to be available on the net.

Started with an older Monogram Viper kit, then chop[ped up the necessary bits in the wings and rudder.
Created the "vectored thrust" with bits of sheet styrene.
The wingtip guns were from my spares box.

Painted the whole thing black, then drybrushed it copper.
The stripes were hand-painted in red.

This whole thing was built about 7-8 years ago and only recently pulled out of storage.
