@Ahmed: the streaks are done with a combination of MiG Oil Paints and AK Interactive products. The mud is also done with AK. You can look here to see some of the techniques used: http://ak-interactive.blogspot.nl/

@TBadger: yup, its my first WWII vehicle but certainly wont be my last (theres actually a tank hunter in the pipeline *hint hint*)
