Of course this means the faces have to be redone but I'm OK with that. I'm shooting video while I do this so I will post it soon. This is a test but I think its a good start.

Started to put some of the seats in, and set some of the doors in place.

Re: Academy 1/35 M1151 Armored Humvee

Loving this....the details look killer! Wish there was a way to get the seat to cushion down so his head wouldn't hit the ceiling, if you can follow what I mean.

Re: Academy 1/35 M1151 Armored Humvee

Oh I do. I haven't decided how to handle this yet. I want his door open so I need to fix it.

Re: Academy 1/35 M1151 Armored Humvee

This looks very good, can you teach me how to paint the digital camo? Thanks

Re: Academy 1/35 M1151 Armored Humvee

Great base and excellent idea for the camo.

Re: Academy 1/35 M1151 Armored Humvee

The camo is really easy to do. I have a spare figure I am not using so when I get some free time I'll shoot some video on how to do it. If you can apply salt to make paint chip effects, you can do camo the way I did it.

Not much tonight, applied a wash to the figures:

Now to finish their boots, paint a few minor details and give them their weapons and they will be done. Well, except the guy sitting in the hummer. Thanks for looking.

Some kind of ceramic material. Been messing around with placement of everything so nothing else really to update on. Need to start that Chinook. Take care and thanks for looking

It went together pretty easy, just pinned everything for some strength and used 5 minute epoxy. Shot some primer on it and ..... wow there is a lot of detail here:

Gonna try rusting these doors up a bit:
