Have fun with that. PMand the Ponstos inView attachment 180909structions (each page double side)
That's some serious poor moulding, good luck. I'm sure you will make it right. PMLooking at the hull, well, quite a lot of defects including at the bow (noting glued so far). Wondering if I should not cut all and rebuild.

You must have your putty delivered by the truck load for this build. PMAnd then adding the missing parts of the hull... with some gaps to be filled

I feel your pain...... PMWill see when starting to add the PE from Pontos kit... Struggling already to understand their instructions
Do it, do it, do it, dooooooo ittttt. PMWhile starting to paint the hull, I looked further at some instructions(?) from Pontos.
They cover the bulkheads of the superstructure (after sanding their details) with PE panels and then add details.
It looks nice however tricky to install those plates, keeping them aligned without gap and getting them into shape with the curves. Not sure yet which route I will go: keep the original and only add details or do the full lot.

It's looking really good, great details on the Pontos kits. PMFirst one went ok. Still need to add all details (doors, hatches, etc...)and a few more plates to go.

That's shocking quality. Have you sent that photo to them? PanthermanPontos kit is a beautiful piece of art, however Revell, is a piece of *$%£!
After the bow, another piece is missing its end! And look at the quality on the opposite part , which, at least, is complete.
Probably Revell never heard about Quality Control.
Not planning to buy another Revell kit!!

No, instructions show same length (just the angle of the drawing hiding part of it) and the deck below and above are made for the full length. That part looks to be shorter in the instruction images , yeah ?
don't think it's missing anything
