The command crew just arrived. I'm really glad I bought the new mag glasses as these will be a challenge.

I had recently watched a YT on the sinking of the Bismarck. It left me thinking about the Captains decision to make a run for it. I wonder if he really thought he could break free or if he just couldn't bring himself to surrendering. Surrendering would be a bitter pill to swallow. It makes you wonder what you would choose to do. I have so much respect for the men who have had to fight in these wars. All sides, with exceptions for certain groups- like the SS, the Japanese that wiped out villages, etc. there's probably not a country that hasn't done some atrocity- like except Canada! Damn those Canadians are nice and polite!
