Good luck. Hope to see you pull it off. What kind of line do you use for that? Like sewing thread or is there a modeling product? Do you glue it in place or tie knots? More importantly why the hell does a battleship need rigging? There's no sails.
WELL firstly i should think its for radio communication for a start but other wires not a clue

Well the main build is done, just some touching in to do.

I have sprayed up the main deck railings over the weekend so I will start fitting them hopefully during the week.

I have ordered some Ultra Thin rigging wire (thanks Urumomo) and might give that a go after the railings are done. Pantherman

Thanks, that's very much appreciated. I have enjoyed building the kit and I must admit that I really like the PE stuff. I had thought that the railing would be a challenge but in the end I had it all fitted in just under an hour !!!

Nice! and great job with the PEs. Obviously you enjoyed them.
And same for wooden deck. Did you varnish it?
I am getting ready to start my Revell Bismarck with the Pontos kit.. but still 1/350

Can't wait to see your revell version. I rubbed the wood deck with newspaper which was just enough to highlight the planks. Don't use colour newspaper, just black and white print.
I sprayed everything with satin varnish. Pantherman
