Those 3D decals really make all the difference for interiors and cockpits. Beautiful detailing and paint work going on with this build.

This cold spell has taken the fun out of painting in our attached garage. 
Normally it's pretty comfortable during the winter, but not this weekend.
Got the space heater going so maybe later I can get a gloss coat down before breaking out the oils.

OK...Got warm today, and I tried to get a gloss varnish finish over the decals. Didn't go well, as I still have trouble with clear coats.
Should be OK though. Going to let it cure for a bit, and then break out the oils.
(Been a while since I did oil washes. Might need to watch some YT videos)

Here she sits, off to the side, waiting for me to break out the oil paints...
Meanwhile, spring arrived.
And spring brings motorbikes and sports car fun, outdoor photography, yardwork, baseball, and of course, some shiny new distractions.
Normally, my modeling slows way down in nice weather.
But I do aim to try and finish a couple things this summer.

Well this weekend I got out the goat, oil paints, and some pigment.
Trying for motor pool clean.
Once I am done, and this dries for a couple days, it'll be touchup, matt finish, and clear parts.

Hello Gents! So sorry for my absence. I have been super busy outside of the hobby, and also with it. I have completed something that has finally allowed me to get back on my build.
