I've been trying to find 1/16 scale model of a WWII era jeep or truck. So far I've only found a couple of 1/72 and 1/48 scale ones but nothing in 1/16. I want to use it with a WWII model figure. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay. I'm trying to put a WWII era Princess Elizabeth,(not the queen yet) model with a vehicle for a diorama for my wife. A huge Queen Elizabeth fan. Trying to make it a Christmas present but it may not happen. 1/16 scale seems to be lesser scale of popularity.

It came up a 1/35 scale model. Didn't see any 1/16 one.
It says "1/16" on the box top, though :)

Also, see this post where @sapper23 is building that exact kit:

Where is 1001 hobbies? Is it overseas?
That depends on where in the world you are.

Yep, built one

"Tell me you're an American without telling me you're an American" ;)

If I were to tell you "I'm from Zeeland" you would either ask where that is or think I meant the country that's named after it. Americans almost invariably say the part of the USA they're from, rather than "I'm from the USA" :)

Actually I was going to tell you I'm in the USA but I thought telling you a region you might know a good hobby store resource in Pacific west

Oh, one other thing. How do you afford the astronomical costs of a model kit these days. I don't think I can do this anymore. Pretty sad.
