To seal in the dirt and weathering, and to hide some of the silvering on the decals, I gave her a coat of dull cote.

Some kind of chemical reaction, after 2 days of drying up the shed have destroyed the decals!

:-\ is that the humbrol product? thats happened to me a few times, i find that it works best if you water it down in the water ou use to release the decals, otherwise i cant think of the best way to sort this out other than taking the decals off completely. i think i fixed it once with some oven cleaner on a 24th harrier but i defenately wouldn't reccomend that incase it takes your paint off. :'(
