Howdy!

I replaced the bow tie dish with the classic round one,Used phot etch on the rear engine exhausts, Lit and weathered the model to scale, And had a little fun...

Almost makes me think about stealing the old style dish from the FM version for mine

I don't care for the new "Pasta Bow Tie" Dish the Falcon currently wears. It throws off the look(to me anyway). I have retained it for easy replacement if needed.

Having built ...more than I can remember, 1/72 Fine molds kits I can honestly say, this is my Favorite kit of the ship. I don't care for the 32" which the Fine Molds kits(and pretty much everything else, except the old MPC kit), was based on.
Big 5' Falcon miniature fan here! :)
 
Really nice job on this. I especially like your not so boring ;) composite beauty shots. Fun!

Those photo etch parts add a lot. It looks like you have them on the radar dish as well.
