BSG-47 Battlestar Solaria

I say go with the texture stamp. It's going to be tedious, no doubt, but the effect will surely be prominent. The brick idea seems O.K., but it could possibly do more harm than good to your finish all things considered.

Keep 'er moving Q! Always happy to see these video updates!

I offer the smusonian seal of approval!

I love Battlestars. But given you flair for extraordinary paint jobs, I hope there all out of polkadot paint locally!

Thanks for the support, guys.
Now, as promised...

Update time.
Actually started working on the armor panelling with the upper and lower parts fo the main body.
What I'm doing, basically, is putting a thinnish layer of Aves Apoxie Sculpt down over the ribs in a given area, then trimming it with a piece of card.
With it trimmed roughly, I then use a silicone texture stamp I made of the hull plating to detail it out.

This is looking better an better Q
Is there a difference between the blue an the white AS?

That is awesome! I'm going to have to use that texture stamp idea when I build my Pacifica!

Is it just me, or is Quaralane's nickname of "Q" seem strangely appropriate? ;D Desmond would be proud!
