now here the lights are under test to make sure what ive fitted in so far all works an they do ive not ativated the bridge lights as i knew they wotked ok

AN while im on the subject of choppers i also built a SAR seaking to sit on the big flightdeck with the normal seaking

THANKS p/m well the real choppers have these features so i try an simulate them yes i love to go to town on these choppers as in 1/72 scale there is so much that can be made to work an i so enjoy the challenge of doin it a lot easyier than that dreaded P/E lol an i dint look much lol you must be crazy sir lol an a glutton for punishment lol

WELL next up is what you all been waiting for THE GUNS
an well when i was building the tiger on onther forum i had a gent say to me be good to have them guns with a gun fire sound system an i said yes it would but i dont know how so he said leave it with me an to my amazement he sent me a gun fire sound unit that has the sound of the real guns off the ship an he wont take any payment at the time which was very nice of him an here starting to build the main front 6 inch guns an tuurret

AN I fitted in a mini servo that would elevate the guns up an down when they turned

AN here THE gun turret is takin shape an what a weird shape they were an yes i know its to do with hopein the angled sides would deflect a shell from hitting an damageing the turret

AN I FITTED in both gun barrels 5 mm ultrabrite yellow led's to simulate the guns firein but when it all wired up propberly then the leds flashed one at a time with the gun fire sound an i had a lot of people remark on how good they looked with the sound effect

AN HERE the finished 6 inch gun turret an on the real ship these were automatic guns firein 60 rounds a minute but they were trouble some as they kept jammain a lot as the R/N was goin to send her to the falklands war but it was polticaly unacceptable to send here with 1000 crew an a ship that could not defend herself so she dint go an was held back in the yard an in the end she was 20 yrs in build time as the admilrilty kept changeing her specs

AN to rotate the gun turret i bought off ebay a 6 inch diamerter tiger tank gun turret gear ring

AN HERE it is all built in to rotate the main gun turret but more wireing still got to be fitted yet to get this all to go but that will be in tomorrows pics hope you guys like
