I unscrew the cap a few hours after using it. I fit flexible syringe tops to the tube / pot and dispose of it after use. You can get 100 on amazon for around £7. Pantherman
These are the disposable ultra thin flexible tops I fit to my ultra thin CA. I usually cut the tube back to half as it gives more control when the glue flows. Pantherman

What does unscrewing the cap do? What exactly do you mean?

So I cut and clean my PE parts, check they fit. Unscrew the cap on the CA, fit the micro tube to the bottle. Use it for this session, pull off the tube and bin it, replace the cap on the bottle. Then about an hour later I just Unscrew the cap to break the glue seal before it sets hard, it's then easier to unscrew next time. Pantherman

I've been using them for years... The thin and ultra thin rarely dry in the tip and if it does, I just cut the tube back a bit.
For medium, it doesn't last as long before clogging.
With the thin, I always work on a freezer bag, so even if it spills/runs, it doesn't stick to the counter. Nothing seems to stick to polyethylene!
