I've come to enjoy the complexities I've encountered in building the tri-wing.

Inktensity paint. Even though this brand has great coverage, it has a plastic property to it. I used Sprue-Goo on a slight gap and the paint started to bubble. I was able to peel it off in one piece. However, I believe the paint acted as a wick sucking the goo up underneath the paint causing the underlying plastic to bubble and melt. Not fun and unexpected.
I was able to sand it down and buffed out. It seems to be OK.

Definitely going lots of tape and will need to prime again.

Now my plane looks like Eddie Van Halen's Frankenstrat lol.

Gary, that cockpit is fabulous! I think the rest will turn out nice for you too.

I was watching Wonder Woman and this is the plane Steve Trevor crashed in the water at Themyscira.

Another change in plans.
I've decided to paint the top wing red. I'll still keep it with the red and white stripes on the stableizer.

It's 4:20 am!!! Man how time zooms by. I got the stabilizers on and the tail, which I decided to give it a little turn, I mounted the cowling and the engine, machine guns, windshield (wind screen for Pantherman lol)
I started on the top wing but it did not happen. So later I'll sand it down prime with a gull grey then shoot a red coat... then it should be fine.

Is it just the 2 of us doing the Eduard build? I am way behind so I had better crack on with this.

The cockpit bulkhead is a real pain to fit. Got to say that I'm struggling a bit with this one, it just doesn't want to fit together. Pantherman

So head down and got to stop moaning. Got to grips with the cockpit at last, just got some weathering to do before gluing the fuselage together. Pantherman
