Yes, I saw there is a PE set. I might look into getting a set after we get paid.
My hospital stay kind of put a strain on our pocket books.

Guess I'm lucky here in the UK with the national health service. Had kidney trouble a few year's back and I hate to think what that would have cost me.
My wife spent 3 months in hospital a few years ago and then had daily nurses care at home for another year so even if we were millionaires It would have broken us.
The main thing is your fixed and on the mend. Pantherman

Where did you find your PE from? I've looked on ebay and found a couple that are affordable.

Yes, it's a miracle that I've been able to bend a couple. Mostly I just skip those.

Are those tweezers for applying PE to your build from another room? Or are they for modelers with very short arms. . Pantherman

Actually I use them to reach into the vivariums. I think they're about 8" to 10" just the right size for the gnomes with their tiny short arms.

I don't think that I will use all of PE set as some of the tamiya details look better. Pantherman

I agree. Since I have gotten back to this hobby, barely over a year ago, 98% of my models are Tamiya. They really do pay attention to detail in their pieces and the engineering is really nice. imo.
However, PE parts do spruce up even the finest kits.

I'm liking the kit, lot's of decent details and not too much flash for an older kit. You can always rely on tamiya. Think I might build this in 4 parts starting with chassis, front, rear, then the guns and tools. Pantherman
