synthetic tires for 1/25 scale car models

An old buddy of mine want to build an old 1/25 Mustang kit (Gone in 60 seconds version) but isnt very happy with the crappy vinyl tires included in the kit. Would anybody have any synthetic rubber tires they dont need that would fit, or would anybody know where he could get some aftermarket tires or wheel and tire sets. He'd like to have it as stock looking as possible in maybe a 50 or 60 series. Thanks

Not sure if these are the same wheels or not, but I have these in stock:

Rubber tire, 19" rim.

I just can't recall what is on the Bullit Mustang if they are the same as these wheels or not. Obviously he would have to paint the wheels as I know they aren't chrome on the car.
