I did a test fit of the robot on the intergalactic space jet rocket speeder bike I'm building. It still needs an engine, LED lights, more wires and pipes. A little paint and weathering. It's getting there. :)

Wow! I was wondering why only half a tire then I figured it out. They are hoses feeding a rocket nozzle and they are geared to rotate providing multi-vector thrust for the rider. Very clever.
Space Robots are awesome! Keep it up!

Yep, I wanted to try and keep some roundness and I think it works. I can't wait to animate this in space! thanks!

More Intergalactic Space Jet Rocket Bike Speeder progress. The space bike isn't really finished, but I couldn't wait to do a little testing. Work bench photo and a screen cap of a little teaser for the new video I'm working on. I also started working on the second space speeder thingy. Keep it spacey.

I keep thinking SRFOS couldn't get any better but then I turn around and you've added more gems to your creation. The speeder is very cool. Love following your thread.
Beautiful work and so much meticulous detailing.
Just a lot of fun!

thanks! :)

I started to work on the weathering a bit more. I also added some led lights to the left power pod, just need to repeat on the right side. I may add some letters and numbers, maybe some caution stripes. This speeder still needs a name.

Regarding a name for the speeder, how about naming it after the founder and owner of Spacely Space Sprockets, Cosmo Spacely. This was the company George Jetson worked for in the 1960's cartoon "The Jetsons". The company was even involved in robotics!

So may I suggest … The Spacely Speeder!

Just a thought. You could also just call it Cosmo.
