Alot of us are low on cash right now. You are in good company.

You will save alot by doing the renovations yourself. You'd probably have to work alot of hours at a regular job to cover paying someone else to do it. Might as well do it yourself right?

yes might as well .
when I was working, It was typically 50-60 hr weeks(or more) with an hour drive each way
I did that for the last 6 years non stop. so being layed off was a relief....lol

never had time to do much needed work on the home or much else including a hobby..
but I'm still in that work mode and can't sit idle for long..have to be working on something
besides drawing decals all day ..lol
I did remodeling work for about a 5 year period .....so it's a natural outlet.

I received a couple offers to do remodeling work, 1st of the year after they saw what I've done on my home.
It may be an avenue toward some income. so things are slowly working out +
it's all good
