Good day, everyone. This is my second project so far. It was commissioned to me by my father. It is an Academy 1:72 SR-71A Black Bird. Unfortunately, he bought this about a month ago and it came with a water-damaged decal sheet. So I had to use my unused F-14A Tomcat decal sheet from Project Ghostriders.
There's nothing special about this. No, fancy painting schemes and fictional stories like my previous build, but oh well, here is some bits of the progress...
I used Bosny Flat Black Lacquer for almost all of the parts.
This is my first time to mask a canopy, so pardon me. ^_^ Fortunately, it went better as I expected.
These are the two nozzles that I painted using Tamiya Acrylic Gun Metal.
And here are, ladies and gentlemen, the most anticipated outputs of my creation. Tadaaaaaa! Loljk.
(Forgive me for the output, only if I could be good at scale modelling as I do in photography...) :'(
Again, that's all folks. It is a pretty simple build. I recommend it both for beginners -- and experts alike.
Comments and suggestions are highly appreciated.
Cheers!
