Here is a link to what the site calls the ultimate conversion chart. It cross references Testors and Tamiya paints. I have used it many times because color calls tend to be in Testors paints, and I have been moving away from those to Tamiya paints. Just make sure you use the search function at the bottom of the page.

Another one for those who do Bandai and others kits with all-Japanese instructions is this Gunze Sangyo Color Translation chart:

Yes it is possible (and not as hard as it first may seem) to match up the Japanese in the instructions to this chart and find out which colors are being called out.
