I was inspired to build a diorama of the battle of Hoth after seeing Scott's "Proof of concept video on his At At.
So, seeing as I have to repaint my At-St Chicken Walker a lighter shade of grey, I decided to put this kit together so I didn't have to mix up separate batches of paint. The fit on this kit is really bad and there are some really nasty seams that needed attention but all in all, she came out okay. I still need to figure out how to position the T-47 Airspeeders ( snow speeder) to maximize the effect of one exploding and one flying away trailing flames and smoke ...Any tips on the color would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for looking....
I still need to "Wet Sand" the Aves Epoxy Sculpt. Anyone who has ever built this kit knows of the nasty ass gap in the under belly that is supposed to connect the rear leg assembly to the rear of the body....
