HI,

I was going to Vac form these but decided to go old school and make a concrete mold.


I mounted the parts to a piece of acrylic, waxed it and clayed up the seam. mixed a smooth batch of Ultracal 30 and applied it to the parts. let it set up and mixed another batch and added burlap for strength. Let it dry and pop it apart. now just wax it up, and do a quick epoxy layup and ill have some nice strong domes.

Thanks, its and easy and cheap way to mold things that dont have alot of detail. Best part of it is, 100 pound bag is only $25.
