Making that old MPC Snow Speeder kit shine!

Awesome Mike. I'd say you have now acheive 'awesome' with this kit. It no longer is the MPC but the JM69!

Seriously, I want one..er...I want mine to look like that.

I love the busy panels your making. Is that an armor kit fire extingusher or is it a nuclear hydro-dynamic flux purifier with a left hand back flow coupling? ..... At second look, the later I believe. Keep up the great job! ;)

LOL yea it is a armor kit extinguisher.....Shhhhh but I hope it looks
like the "Hodro-dynamic flux purifier" with some primer!! LOL

This is great work my friend, as others have said those scribed lines are just perfect. and the finish on your primer coat is real smoooooooth. What primer do you use J?

The little detail tubs also look fantastic. ;D

Keep up the good work. 8) very cool indead

Gag

Thanks bro.....the primer is the Tamiya light grey great stuff!!

Working on the bottom panel lines .......AArggggg
it was ok doing them on the right side......but getting
on my nerves doing it again on the left!! ;D

Thanks guys got panel lines
done on the bottom.

If you sand the lines and let
them fill in, especially on this
kit with the color it was molded in,
it will let you see your handy work. ;D
Taking a mulligan on this one the lines ]are not exactly
the same on each side.....LOL But at least there straight
so that's helping me out a bit.......hey it's the bottom
any way right?! ;D

Very nice. It's great fun following all your progress on this Michael. Keep up the fine work!

A mulligan. LOL.

Man, that looks incredible. Kinda hard to believe it's the MPC at this stage of your game.\

I'd say your playing birdie golf man.

Sweet! I've never removed raised panel lines, always seemed a little daunting. I have an mpc slave 1 in the stash that has raised panel lines that I could practice on. Kudos to you my friend!

Guys this thing is just about wrapped up.....some detail pics
finished the cockpit today. I am hoping a friend can sculpt me a crew,
i do still need to make the rivet depressions along all the panel lines,
but i need to pick up the right scale bit. Thanks guys for the kind words
along the way! ;D

Those engine details are perfect. Looks like it could be a working engine.

I'm also curious to see how the pilots turn out
