This was a prize for my son, kindly donated by Grendles in the BSC.
I have been helping him out with it over the last month or so, it's almost ready for some primer. A lot of work needed on the seams, however the design of the kit is quite good, keeping these areas to a minimum and incorporating them into the armor plating where possible.
The plastic is quite brittle and you can see a section on the rear left leg that Jake snapped cutting it of the sprue. Swallowed by the carpet monster never to be seen again..... :-[ he was quite upset about it and wanted to trash the project there and then. I convinced him we could come up with something .... I'm thinking jamming some wires and junk in there to make it look like battle damage.
