final sanding/polishing

Hey all i have just put my third and final coat down with a testors rattlecan.Most of it seems okay but i also see some rough spots/orange peel.Would wet sanding take it out if so starting at what grit and finishing at what grit.Also what type of wax/polish is readily availble at places like CTC,Walmart etc as we have no hobby shops where I live.

I tried searching but came up empty handed.
