When building your paint booth you can build it using thin ply or plastic sheets from s plastic supply. Build with hinges to make it folding for storing when not in use if in the garage get a fart fan install in wall or ceiling build a air box and install hose fitting six inch vent out make a hose fitting at the top or back this way you can evacuate any overspray and dust. I think they make quick snap attachments for the vent duct these days and the aluminum ducting is flexible and durable though the plastic is cheap.

Btw apologies for the poor mans paint booth. I will be getting a decent one before starting the Enterprise.
I actually found this a great idea. I don't have a dedicated modeling space, so I am always looking for good mobile ideas. I could do this in my driveway!

I am gonna buy one of those fold up ones for now, as I have to get a new car soon, but definitely would follow your advice if I can ever build one.

When I had the YT show I'd frequently use a box right at the bench when I would film.
Some heavy duty double corrugated boxes would be ideal they can break down and fold away and cut a hole for your fan vent get one of those plastic vent attachments and epoxy glue it or vey a small plastic fan and glue or bolt on so you don't have to look for it whenever you need it when you fold up it shouldn't be too bulky or heavy. Good luck on whatever you do

I made this one out of a recycle tub and a bathroom exhaust fan, cut down a furnace filter to protect the guts of the fan and you're set

So I got the plastic polishing kit today. Its from 3M and designed for clear plastic headlight covers. After an hour with it, the windows aren't perfectly clear, but clear enough that you can see through them, so I call it good enough.

So the car is completely together.

Blargh... lookin on Ebay for 1/25 figures. Wanted to surprise my girl by finding one that looked like her and painting it up to go with the car. Have found a couple that do looka fair amount like her, at least facially... but all are 1/24.:(

That's only a 4% difference .
a 6 foot person would scale to about 6 foot 3 ( an extra 1/8 inch taller in 1/24 scale ) as an example .
Not really an issue .

So the 1/24 figure I wanted to get and paint up as my GF is here. Got it Thursday. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it painted before today, but whatever. She still loves it.

So I have spent the last hour doing the main colors. The hair is painted as she currently has her hair dyed(she changes her hair color waay to much, like every couple months).

Btw the skin color is way off right now, I decided to use the darkest shading color for the base given the size of the figure, and that was clearly a mistake. The actual flesh tone is now gone take a ton of coats to cover right.

Still not bad just say there from Southern California inland where they tan. Lol, I see you like to do the dew. Use to drink a lot myself should try to stick with original with real sugar just read HFCS causes you retain more fat and glucose. Real sugar breaks down more easily and is turned into energy. Have you tried the other flavores code red and orange and others I think they said there was twenty flavores but the ones at Taco Bell are custom flavores that are a mix of the commercially sold flavores.
