Weathered only with acrylics; the oils and enamels do nasty things to Bandai plastic.

very impresssive; i didnt know there were issues with bandai plastic and oil/enamel paints?

I did a couple enamel washes on my Bandai TIE. After an hour, you'll hear the model start to squeak and groan. That is stress cracks developing as the enamel attacks the plastic. Although my model didn't just fall apart, many modellers have had this happen.
