I have finished applying the tools, parts, and pieces on the exterior of the lower hull.

Those PE straps really tested my patience, but in the end I think they are worth the effort. Respect for you guys that mess with these in 1/35.
I was originally going to paint the tools before applying to the model like I usually do, but I changed my mind once I realized what a project the PE straps were going to be. I didn't want CA glue all over painted parts. I figured it was going to get messy.
Next step is to spray on some Tamiya primer, but just enough to cover the PE and bare plastic parts. I want it to be blotchey on top of the OD green already on the hull. My goal is strong color modulation of the OD. I will not touch the lower half since I already have some "pre - weathering" going on before the wheels and tracks are fixed.

Hopefully my plans are achieved, if not there is always plan B, once I think of one.
