citadel acylics that wargamers use brushpaint just as well as vallejo and may be easier to find in your area. They can be mixed with vallejo too. -

Very very nice, really coming together well! & personally I think that panel line wash is perfect. Are you going to lighten/darken some individual panels? That might also break up the finish a bit more. -

really nice job! Looking forward to seeing that Israeli camo scheme on it :) Some use thin rolls of blutak to mask those sort of schemes but I've never had success with that approach. By the look of your pre-shading I think you'll do a great job of freehanding it. -

Spitting water
Either a second moisture trap as already suggested our just add an extra couple of feet of hose on the inlet side of the current moisture trap. You need the air cool before it hits the trap which that extra distance will do, especially if you rest it on as cool surface.- billb

yeah, the lump is representing the painted part of the sliding canopy, presumably to make it so you don;t need to mask the clear part in such an incredibly small model! Don;t sand it off. I don't know how you could see it to sand it anyway ;) Gunze acrylic sprays well, it's very similar to...
