Wayne,the beauty shots are outstanding! This is the main thread I've followed on this forum since it caught my eye.My "D" has quite a simple finish compared to this one to be sure! In closing,may I say "Sir,I must shake your hand for a stellar piece of fine scale modeling!" 8) :)

Glad to see you back posting some more pics, Soong!Great work takes a bit of time,to be sure. 8) Bummer about the crack though :'( I feel your frustration on that one.Funny though, mine mysteriously appeared on the same side and location!! :o It was repaired with the CA also without...

Bleach seems to work quite well.Just check it from time to time to see how it's going. As for the Easy Off,you may want to experiment first on some scrap parts. Cheers!

Thanks! 8) Yes,the D is the 1/1400 clear AMT version.The aztec pattern was made with the vinyl masks from DLM.Some of the other patterns were improvised with blue tape.The other little guys are the 1/1000 versions from Polar Lights.I saw some new techniques used on Trek Works with his AMT...
