This is where I am at the moment. I've gotten the body masked off then I'll put the first coat of black down.

This is looking really good. I like that the driveshaft is a different color and the fuel tank is silver.

So got the final coat of black done. Going to give it a few day's before I remove the mask and then mask up for the white paint.

Think I'm going to fine sand the whole thing and spray 2/3 coats of gloss varnish over the lot with sanding between coats. Never done this before so be kind (or not ) depending on what it looks like. Pantherman

I found that the wheel mounting is fragile. Be careful when affixing wheels to chassis. I have had to superglue two wheels on so far.

Well, I didn't get anything done. I had to work all day today. I just got home about 15 min ago and now it's 10.30 and I'm going to bed.

Looking good, thanks for the heads up regarding the wheels. I did a dry fit and thought that they seemed a very loose fit. Pantherman

ThanksTim, for that. I might be using a bit of Gorilla glue.
