Plymouth Belvedere / Adam-12 Police Car

Hoping to get a triple build going with Pantherman, GEG64, and myself.
Not sure if we are building the Adam-12 Police car or the street version.
Can't seem to find a four door Belvedere or Satellite anywhere and the Adam-12 Police car is just as elusive.

The wife and I have been rediscovering old shows from our past and Adam 12 is one of our favorites. As soon as I saw your thread title that is what I thought of. Plymouth gave them a brand new Belvedere patrol car for every season.

Very hard indeed to find. However, I did find these decals on ebay.

Goodness, man, it's already at $50.00! I'll have to piece order. I'll get paid in 2 weeks so I can, hopefully get the lights and decals, and later get the car and proper paints.
Have y'all worked with Vallejo gloss paints, and what gloss coat do you use?

I'm willing to give this a go, if y'all want this build.

I still have my father-in-law's truck waiting in the wings... lots of flash.

I can build two at once lol.

you guys want to be careful you're not bidding against each other and driving up the price - not many Belvedere's, of any year, on e-Bay right now. Lots of police cars if you just want to do a B&W.

I ordered the lights and decals last night. Will order the kit today. Are we getting the AMT '64 Belvedere?
I need to finish the Batmobile and also would like to spend some time on the B-24D Liberator. Tim

I use the Tamiya rattle can clear coat.

Makes sense. The 67 through 69 seem as elusive as finding a model of a AMC Matador.

Even though the 64 Belvedere I saw on Amazon isn't a 4 door I think it might have to do, unless someone has a four door.

The kit comes with decals. Can we put flames on a police car? HA
