What adhesive for resin wheels to plastic axles?

Building the Tamiya M561 and have a set of resin, weighted/sagged wheels for it.
Normally, I would just use ACC, but I need something slow to set, so I can orientate all the wheels with the flat side down.
Also need time to make sure they are square to the truck. (They are not a super snug fit, and wobble a bit)

I am thinking 2-part epoxy for this, but wanted see if there is anything better.

I'd use a 2-part epoxy. A 5-minute cure would still be enough time for adjustments till it cured. Though a slower-setting CA glue would be fine, too.

As old as I am, I was unaware of slow setting CA glue. Cool. I'll look into it.
But until then, I ended up using some regular 2-part epoxy I had.
I'll see tomorrow how it worked out.
