Which body to build up?

Here is what is left in the box of parts that contained old rat rod Potato Head truck parts, so these are "relatives" of his, so to speak. All the mods which were done and the parts too are from the early 60s. Not much to start with but the parts are still cool after all these years. Problems with no interior, one seat, limited chassis, and no suspension systems. Probably can come up with some wheels and tires, and maybe a decent engine. Beyond that it looks like a lot of scratch building and searching for whatever will work.
