Muvee seems to have the best options out of what I have available.
Certainly not going to complain, considering it was free.
It has a better interface than Wax, and was a LOT easier to work with, especially after I redid my titles

I tried one more product and I think I found the winner. It isn't perfect, but it works better than most of the rest of the pack. I have used it for three videos now. Here is the test vid:

An experiment in Scorch: Corel Video Studio pro

It came out pretty clear and preserved my horrible camera work. This product is Corel Video Studio Pro X3. And if you download from their site, it is also the cheapest at $50.
