Can anyone buy Testors Glosscote and Dullcote Lacquer varnish (with pink label) at all? Can't find it anywhere no matter what i do, did they discontinued production i wonder?

No, hasn't been discontinued at all. I don't know where you've searched, but a web search returned several online retailers here in the US who have it:
