What is the best way to strip future off clear parts? I've heard alcohol and acetone will dissolve it but I just want to be careful before I soak my parts in anything.

Windex, likely the safest. Basically Ammonia, but it is nasty on it's own.

Plain ole blue regular Windex has enough ammonia in it to strip the Future and be safe enough to use.

And you probably have some in your house somewhere.

Also, if you have a sonic cleaner you can throw the canopy in there with the windex and the future will dissolve quicker.

Second the Windex. Do not use acetone. It's too aggressive a solvent for this application and you risk damaging the styrene.
