This is my first aircraft posting. It's an A model kit in 1/72 scale.
Short run kit with lots of warpage that neede fixing.
The gondola and support spares needed rebuilding out of styrene and copper wire.

The kit decals are very translucent, and the crew came from spares box.
Thanks for viewing.

Great job! :) I like the display.

I love WW1 aircraft, and in 1:72 it's made of mighty small parts. Good job on the rigging also.

Very cool. Alot of fun to look at. BTW who the heck draws up a plane with the prop in the middle of the fuselage! Wacky.

Hey plastic addicts,
Thanks for the comments. I don't do alot of planes, mostly a TREAD-HEAD.
And to answer Rentar's question....this was one way they put the gun forward
before they came up with an "interuptor switch" , so they could shoot between the
arcs of the propellor blades. Hi-tech for WW1.
I don't envy the gunner's position.....wouldn't wear a long scarf!!!!!

Great job Panzerman , and nice to see a rare subject too .

Chris.

I agree with all the previous comments. This is a cool model and very well done. Impressively rendered and the display is pretty sweet, especially the "distant ground."
