Picked up the Jungle Jim and the US Marines funny cars at Hobbylinc. I traded a friend of mine a "King Chopper ll" that I also got at Hobbylinc for one of his two Green Elephant kits.
Opps, that's hadn't built much armour. PMI realised that I built much armour over the last year............. I may have over compensated. Pantherman

White will be more challenging. Just seems a more difficult colour to get right but worth the effort. PanthermanNice... the red or the white do you think?

I started this kit for the Cargo Truck Group Build. It ended up in the bin. Very thin, fragile pieces. They snap very easily.
I really do appreciate the warning. Not what this clumsy guy wanted to hear at all.I started this kit for the Cargo Truck Group Build. It ended up in the bin. Very thin, fragile pieces. They snap very easily.
Good luck with this one. Hope you have more patience than I did.
I will be watching when you decide to build it.
I use something similar for my tank wheels, makes things alot easier. Pantherman
I saw pictures of trucks like these from my grandfather's Army National Guard days in 1916. He was sent with a bunch of guard units from all over the country in 1916 when Poncho Villa raided the border towns in Texas and New Mexico. His "supreme commander" was General Blackjack Pershing. I think his first encampment was in Columbus New Mexico.I started this kit for the Cargo Truck Group Build. It ended up in the bin. Very thin, fragile pieces. They snap very easily.
