I thought I'd bump this article seeing as folks are entering their finals for the 2013 Big Spring Contest.

As was said in the other thread you started. You use a white, or light colored background for dark colored vehicles, and a darker colored background for light colored vehicles, all so the colors and detail doesn't get washed out.

Pretty much photography 101

It seems like our resident 'modeler and mischief maker' got out of the wrong side of the bed recently...

Perhaps he'll start sharing his modeling with us, instead of his rants.
