Okay,
This latest build is for the "Schools For The Gifted" RPs over at "The Rogues RP Crypt."
We call it the "X-Jet" because of its main use.
The model itself started life as the Airfix "Orion 2001," although I did plan on making some minor modifications.
Basic assembly of the main kit is complete.
I admit there are some seams that still need work here, but it's a good start for what I'm doing
Modifications completed.
I've added canards from sheet styrene, vertical lift thrusters from plastic mesh, and landing gear doors from electrical tape
Base colors down:
I used the NASA Shuttle as the basis for my color scheme.
As can be seen, I did have some issues with runs under my masking (got lazy and didn't burnish properly)
