Militaryaircarft, The hp technique is both easy and tricky. That's why I didn't rely on it alone. Sometimes the paint comes off too easy, sometimes too hard. Then nsometimes if you are not careful everthing down to the primer/plastic will come off. I think it depends alot on how thick the paint is and heavy the hp was apllied. I'd suggest going a little easy on both. Use an old brush with somewhat stiff bristles and lightly poke and scrub until you get the effect you want (after a soaking with warm water). If it is really stubborn, use a little Tamiya thinner or alcohol (not your good Scotch though). But be careful, as these will eat through acrylic like nobodies business. I couldn't get any satisfaction out of toothpicks and blades for some reason. Try different things and different sized brushes for different effects. It is a great technique but I still end up using the old school methods as I find they are pretty sound. ;D
