Number of members?

Hey Herd,
Just a quick question. At the time of writing this, the stats at the bottom of the forum home page say 21519 posts by 387 members. Does that mean that we have 387 members at this time or that 387 of our total number of members have posted? When I checked the "Members" page it says we have 383 members. ??? Not important....just wondering.
