New Horizons

I was commissioned to build a New Horizons probe for a local Science Center. The only thing I was told was that it should be "about 24 inches." That works out to about 1:5th scale.

There was a few places where I had to compromise accuracy for durability. As I didn't know if this would be in a case or out for people to touch. Here's the final images --

It was a fun build, but after working on it a few hours a day for a month +, I was glad to call it done.
But as usual I could have tinkered with it for another few weeks. ;D
