Need "In the field" produced Sherman Jumbo pics

So I've read that Patton was impressed with the Sherman Jumbo and since not enough were available, he order his troops to cut up knocked out Sherman and weld the extra armor onto working Shermans in order make some home brewed Jumbos. Has anyone seen photos of these quicky Jumbos?
