Well, this is the "Ghost Rider" Model kit produced by Toy Biz in 1996. This line of model kits were cool for a couple reasons, they were styrene kits, not vinyl or resin, and were in-expensive, and easy to find. However, they weren't designed all too well, and suffered from some alignment, and gap issues. I kinda thought that made them more fun. I liked the idea of taking something with not too high of expectations, and making it better. I just did a lot of filling with Zap-a-gap, and did quite a bit of sanding.
The wheels, and head were molded in a translucent orange/red plastic. I painted over that with orange, and fluorescent yellow, so when you shine a Black light on it, it lights up.
I painted everything else in black and added layers of other colors through dry-brushing.
